Shipping Policy
We do not ship products. All product must be picked up at the farm store (120 Minka Farm Ln, Efland, NC 27243) except whole hogs or beef by the side which are delivered within our delivery range (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill/Hillsborough/Burlington areas) or if special arrangements for local delivery have been made.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we sell food items, we cannot accept returned food items. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with our products, please talk to us. Sometimes it's a matter of learning how to cook grassfed meats - grassfed beef that is cooked like grainfed beef is usually very tough! We can offer suggestions on how to cook our meats. If there truly is something wrong with the product you purchased, we can offer a credit on your account or refund your money provided the product had been properly stored.
