If you are only making a deposit on a live lamb, you can pay at checkout. 

However, if your order includes any other meat products, which are sold by weight, please select Manual Payment at checkout.  We will assemble your order, adjust the prices for actual weights, verify that sales tax is calculated correctly and send you a final invoice.
