We'll choose 5 different varieties of our pastured link pork sausages for summer time grilling.  You choose all mild or a combo of hot and mild flavors.  Each pack has 4 links.  
 
Because our sausages are not precooked, we recommend cooking them on the stovetop in about 1" of water until 165 degrees internal temperature then throw them on the grill for that smoky flavor, or place them in the oven to brown.
