The couples pork bundle consists of:
1 rack of babyback ribs
3 packs of sliced, smoked, uncured bacon
1 picnic roast
2 packs of bulk sausage*
3 packs of link sausage*
1 pack of breakfast patties*
2 packs of breakfast links*
1 pack of smoked link sausage*
1 pack of bone-in chops
*Customer choice of sausage flavors. If you order online, either record sausage flavors in the note at check-out, send an email to farmer@minkafarm.com, come by the store on Saturdays, or wait for us to reach out to you. Available flavors can be found in the farm store under each type of sausage (bulk sausage, link sausage, smoked link sausage, patties, breakfast links).

Couples Pork Bundle
Our cattle, hogs and layer hens are Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World, who conducts on-site inspections annually. Pasture-raised with plenty of space to exhibit the natural behaviors of each species, handled with low-stress methods, our livestock are not pushed to grow faster than they should.
