What is...
Community Supported
Agriculture (CSA)?
There's nothing like freshly harvested vegetables. They taste their best, store longer, and there's less waste. As an added bonus, the carbon footprint is significantly smaller since there's no shipping involved. Growing food for the local community is rewarding, but because we're growing on a smaller scale than commercial farms, we don't qualify for discounted seeds plus labor costs are higher as we don't rely on machinery for planting and harvesting. The Community Supported Agriculture model means that our community (you) supports us (agriculture) by paying up front for a share of what we will grow. We use those up-front funds to buy seeds and pay for labor because the work starts long before the vegetables are ready to harvest. Through the harvest season, you win, and sometimes lose, with us. Together, we can make local agriculture mutually beneficial. For even more information, visit our JOIN CSA page.

2022 CSA
Shares of our 2022 CSA are currently available for purchase. We have two CSA seasons this year: Spring and Summer. The Spring 2022 CSA will run from April 30 - June 25 (9 weeks) and the Summer 2022 CSA will run from July 9 - August 27 (8 weeks). Each season has its own set of vegetables based on weather requirements for the crops. The Spring season will be heavy on greens, brassicas, onions and other cooler weather crops while the Summer season is heavy on tomatoes, eggplant, peppers and other warmer weather crops. But there are a lot more crops than just these that will span both seasons. To join us, visit our Garden Produce Store Page or click on the JOIN US icon at the top of the screen.
